I can happily print that I don't give a shit about the Jubilee, but I do love printed scarves. Most notably Dolce & Gabanna’s, straight from the spring runways, were influenced by the Queen’s love affair for satin.
To give the Queen Bee credit, under her government, she’s been a staunch supporter of the British fashion industry - well, she's had Kate Moss over for tea.
Even back in 1953, the year after her father died and she became Queen Elizabeth II, she wore a coronation dress designed by Norman Hartnell!

And perhaps the greatest example of her style influence occured last year when her grandson was married in a small, intimate affair in Central London. The Queen looked fabulous in her canary yellow suit, and a few weeks later Karl Lagerfeld opened Chanel’s resort show in Cannes with a jazzed up version of a similar suit.
That’s our King paying tribute to Britain’s Queen.
